What is a Cake Smash Session? A cake smash session is a fun and

memorable way to celebrate your child's first birthday! It involves capturing

adorable moments as your little one explores and enjoys their first birthday

cake.

  • In-home Studio in Marysville, WA


  • What's Included:
  • Pre-session consultation via e-mail to discuss theme and preferences
  • Digital mock-ups available
  • Professional photography by Reena Weisgerber Photography
  • Use of custom backdrop, balloons and props
  • Editing and retouching of the best images
  • High-resolution digital images delivered via an online gallery
  • Option to purchase more images in the Classic package
  • Personal usage rights to print and share images
  • Leave the mess behind. Clean up is part of your session


  • Safety Considerations:
  • For safety considerations, cakes are not included in any of  my packages
  • Please inform me of any allergies, aversions or special considerations beforehand


  • Booking Information:
  • To book your session or inquire further, please contact Reena Weisgerber Photography at reenaweisgerberphoto@gmail.com
  • Once your questionnaire has been completed, your package has been selected and we have confirmed your session date and theme, I will send over your quote. Once accepted, a signed contract and retainer payment are required to officially reserve your session date
  • Once your quote is accepted, a 50% retainer payment and signed contract are required to officially reserve your session date


  • Timing:
  • Please arrive on time to ensure a full session
  • I recommend reaching out 4-6 weeks before your child's birthday and schedule it at least 2-3 weeks before you need the photos
  • My turnaround time is up to 2 weeks


  • Cake Selection:
  • 4" or 6" round cakes are best
  • It can be as simple or as elaborate as you would like
  • When choosing, please pick one that does not pose any choking hazards like tiny plastic toys or big pieces of fruit


  • Investment:
  • Price varies per package
  • A non-refundable retainer of  50% is due to book
  • Your remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
  • Accepted payments: Debit/Credit cards via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo & Cash (for the remaining balance
